NxSphere® EAP (formerly known as SecsToTool.NET) is a Host/Cell-Controller framework that connects factory systems to GEM and OPC-enabled equipment. It accelerates onboarding of new machines through auto-discovery, built-in data logging (CSV/DB), and a scalable multi-instance architecture for large fleets.
With a visual Model Builder, custom .NET handlers, and seamless outputs to MES/SPC/RMS systems, engineering teams can integrate, monitor, and control equipment faster—with minimal coding and full flexibility to adapt to fab workflows.

NxSphere® EAP takes the complexity out of equipment integration with its Auto Discovery capability in Model Builder. Instead of manually defining every status variable, data variable, event, constant, or alarm, developers can connect to the equipment and let the framework automatically discover the available GEM data items. The discovered items are instantly displayed, validated, and can be imported directly into your EAP model file with a single click.
Intelligent Data Logging Engine
The Data Logger gives you full control over how and when equipment data is recorded. Whether performing continuous trace sampling or event-based logging, you can define conditional triggers and log directly to major databases or flat files—no coding required. Supports both wide and narrow table formats for easy integration with analytics and reporting systems.
